Fluoridation Wins in Traverse City, Michigan

The Traverse City Commission voted five-to-one to continue the community water fluoridation program that began in the city more than 60 years ago. This is great news for the citizens of Traverse City benefiting from this public health strategy recognized as “one of 10 great public health achievements of the 20th century” by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
